Each personal training session at MaxWellness is tailored to my goals, blending functional movement, compound exercises, core strength and cardio. The trainers push me to improve safely and with confidence, and Max’s broad knowledge brings new elements to every session. The cold plunge and sauna are welcome extras, and the coffee is very good too!
I had a wonderful experience with the barista, and the coffee with delicious!I’m also intrigued by their fitness studio downstairs… I believe they offer Pilates, Yoga, and personal training! It sounds like a perfect blend of coffee and gym, kind of like the blend of my cherry wine noted espresso!And for those who want dairy alternatives, they offer a range of varieties, including goats milk!Will definitely come back again!
Maxwell shows incredible determination in helping his clients, no matter what level they’re on. He makes their mission his own, giving 100% to support their progress. He’s helped me optimise my diet with the best nutritional advice, and recently guided me through the mechanics of double backs until I landed them successfully. Even when I was away from his café, he still supported me while I was learning pommel horse.If you’re looking for a PT who truly cares about your goals and works hard alongside you, Max is the one to have in your corner.

Some of the Best coffee in London ! They use Conscious coffee and honestly it’s absolutely incredible 💛 they also offer incredible matcha, ceremonial cacao and raw honey in the drinks which is amazing! Highly recommend the flat white and the fresh fruit yoghurt pots super healthy breakfast/lunch option
Max is the best coach. He offers something so much more bespoke and different to anywhere else and I’ve got my love for fitness back. Highly recommend!

I booked 2 PT sessions with Maxwell during my time in London. Maxwell is a great coach with a solar energy. He will adjust sessions depanding on your needs and desires. His gymnastic knwoledge comes very handy if you want to practice head stands and flexibility.Matcha is also incredible, hojicha is incredible too. Definitely worth a stop even if you are just passing by !
